Minuteman Monthly Newsletter Subscribers,

I have been very busy lately editing the Web site.  I have deleted quite a
few pages.  Merged some others, and created a few new ones.  I have reduced
the page download times of some of my "content heavy" pages, as well as
limited my use of fluorescent colors to those paragraphs or thoughts that
really needed emphasis.

In addition, I have made efforts to increase the readability of the pages,
in order to encourage others to stay on the Web site longer and learn more
about the truth concerning guns and lawful gun owners alike.  Currently, I
see almost 800 Web page views a day and I would like to double that number
to more than 1600 by year's end.  Can you help, by posting my Web site to
bulletin boards, blogs and writing about it in your own newsletters and
newspaper editorials?

This month's gun safety tip is a very simple one and it's one that may save
a life somewhere, possibly years down the road.  If a friend or family
member of yours has guns, but not a gun safe or trigger locks, consider
buying one and offering it to them.

I personally own at least three (3) of the items I have for sale through the
posted links above and I heartily recommend all of them.

Consider a gun safe, gun cabinet or gun lock purchase, because gun safety is
not just about following rules.  Gun safety rules are a big part of gun
safety, but gun safety should be seen as a total package of rules, locks,
safes, properly teaching children and an awareness that not every
potentially dangerous situation is covered at all times.

The National Rifle Association was formed in 1871 as a non-profit membership
based organization by a small group of New York state National Guardsmen
most of whom fought in the American Civil War.

It's object was for the improvement of its members in marksmanship and to
promote aiming and drill practice.  In 1877, its name was changed to the
National Rifle Association of America.  Its headquarters have been in New
York, New Jersey, Washington D.C. and now in Fairfax, Virginia.

The NRA represents and promotes the best interest of gun owners and
shooter-sportsmen and supports their belief in the ideals of the United
States of America and its way of life.  It is dedicated to firearm safety
education as a public service, marksmanship training as a contribution to
individual preparedness for personal and national defense, and the sports of
shooting and hunting as wholesome forms of recreation.  It stands squarely
behind the premise that the ownership of firearms must not be denied to
law-abiding Americans.

The purposes and objectives of the National Rifle Association of America
